“The remoteness, coupled with the incredible views made this a place to remember. Convenient to Coles Bay, the serenity, night sky views and sunrise rate this as not only unique, but also a not to miss if you are up this way.”

“Great little cabin, kids loved the bunk beds. No wifi was good, kept the kids off their devices. Limited places to eat in the area.”

“The room was drafty, heating not overly good, bedroom curtains let in way to much light and had holes, Overall satisfactory nothing special apart from great location”

“Unfortunately there was a build up of mould on the shower floor. Breakfast was advertised as being available on the deck from 7.30, wasn’t open. However breakfast was available from the restaurant overlooking the water. We chose to eat in Orford. Indoor pool was used by my partner for her hydrotherapy requirement.”

“A wonderful resort for an overnight stay that provides high quality accommodation and a convenient private access to Diamond Island and exclusive viewing of little blue penguins that are resident of the property; this property is an ideal place for couples, families and lone travellers to relax, rejuvenate and revitalise after long scenic drives and sightseeing activities in the eastern side of Tassie. A lot of gravel made chair use a little tricky and a couple More grab rails in bathroom would have been good along with a bench in shower. Breakfast each day would be good as you are a short drive to town. Need to plan for dinner as Sunday and Monday restaurant is shut. Room Could have had a slightly...

“El motel es una maravilla. Todo cuidado al detalle. Las camas con mantas eléctricas, el baño con lámparas calefactoras y el servicio fabuloso. Lo recomiendo. ”

“We are giving this small-town motor inn a five star out of five simply because it has an inner soul that made us feel at home despite its ageing condition. We felt positive vibes because of the relaxed and laidback atmosphere, the delicious hot meal of lamb shanks and chicken curry and the friendly and warm staff especially Stephanie who is very attending and caring. The room attendants and our waitress who served us a sumptuous dinner are equally lovable people with a good sense of community...

“Ich habe selten in so einem einzigartigen und coolen Zimmer geschlafen, es war perfekt. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich, wirklich toll. Ich hatte sogar eine kleine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer und Milch im Kühlschrank. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert.”
